Please leave your name, number, and a brief message when placing your orders. Il Cocco di Mamma accepts MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal as forms of payment. Please note that Il Cocco di Mamma collects 6.25% sales tax on products shipped to a Massachusetts address. All in-stock items will ship within 24 hours. If you have ordered an item that is not available or one that is back-ordered, we will contact you via email within 24 hours. Since most purchases from Il Cocco di Mamma are gifts, we do not include the receipt with orders. An invoice will be emailed to you immediately upon placing your order.
Shipping
We ship via the U.S. Postal Service to anywhere in the United States. Il Cocco di Mamma offers a flat shipping rate of $9.50 for U.S. ground service (2-7 days) on orders under $75.00. We offer free ground shipping in the U.S. on orders over $75.00. Enjoy! We also offer U.S. Express Mail service (1-2 days) with a shipping rate starting at $30.00 plus $4.50 per additional item. Return Policy
Il Cocco di Mamma wants you to be happy with your purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order or gift, please contact us within 14 days of receipt by email: customercare@ilcoccodimamma.com or phone: 617.302.6226. If items were damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately. We would like to understand the reason for your request to return an order or gift, as it will help us to continuously improve our customer care services. Depending on the circumstances, Il Cocco di Mamma will either issue a refund or exchange. Please be aware that we do not accept items that were worn or damaged due to improper usage.
